From the design process to construction, we’ll take your vision and bring it to reality. Creating sketches and 3D rendering will help us create a fully realized final product.
Once created we can edit your ideas, ideas that seem great in your head may not look the same way you envisioned when you see them in 3D. Not to worry! Our design professionals can help you make the best decisions for your space.
3D Landscaping Sketches
Creating sketches of your project helps us plan how to construct your outdoor space. Clients love how realistic the sketches and 3D renderings are, and how helpful they can be in creating the perfect project for their needs. There will be no design fee once the project has been accepted.
During the design process we will discuss materials, partnering with BSQ Design to source the best materials for your project. We work with stone, wood, concrete and other materials to make the best possible space for you.
Softscape Design
Another aspect of the design process is softscaping, using various plants to create a great atmosphere. If you want something low maintenance that provides shade, we’ll find the plant for you.
Our design and build process looks like this:
Initial Client Meeting:
We meet and discuss what you want out of your outdoor space. Once we have an idea for budget and style preferences, we begin to discuss potential materials, features and layout ideas.
Site Measurements:
Now that we know what your needs and wants are, we get technical. We’ll measure your yard so we can start planning an accurate layout of your outdoor space.
Concept Sketching:
Once we know what parameters we’re working with, we begin to create concept sketches. We will create a few potential layouts that will work for your space so you can see all of the possibilities.
3D Modelling:
When you’ve approved a concept sketch, we will then create a digital 3D model of your outdoor living area. This will help you visualize what your final backyard design will look like.
Client Approval:
Once you’ve approved the 3D model, we will then begin construction.
Construction:
Sit back and relax, we’ll take it from here. We want the process to be stress-free and exciting!
Completion:
As we get close to completing the project, we’ll make sure you’re happy with it before we finish work. Once you approve and we finish construction there’s nothing left for you to do but enjoy your outdoor space!
